2 lemon units
1 medium onion unit
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 unit of minced seedless pepper
½ cup of chopped parsley

How to make Roasted Painted:
To prepare this roasted pistachio recipe, start with the marinade, which will add more flavor: mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the exception of fish, onion and salt.
If using whole fish, place 2/3 of the marinade preparation in the belly of the fish and close with toothpicks. If using slices, place them in the marinade bowl. Let stand in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After the indicated time, continue preparing this recipe for roasted surubim: place the fish on a baking dish greased with oil and, if desired, covered with slices of baked potato, tomato and onion.
Season with salt and pour part of the marinade over it (if you are using the whole fish, pour the reserved 1/3 over it). Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
After this time, remove the foil and leave the fish in the oven for another 20 minutes, just to brown. Serve the roasted pistachio followed, for example, with rice and farofa. Enjoy your food!
