Ingredients for making Oxtail with Potato:

 1 kg of washed oxtail

 1 unit of onion

 3 cloves of garlic

 2 bay leaves

 3 units of medium peeled tomatoes

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

 8 units of medium potato

 2 carrot units

 chopped chives

 pepperoni pepper

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Oxtail with Potato:

To prepare this recipe for oxtail with potatoes, prepare a stir-fry: cook a pressure cooker over medium heat with the olive oil, onion, garlic cloves and tomatoes, all cut into small pieces. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After the previous step, add the oxtail to the stew, season with salt and pepper and mix. Cook for a few more minutes.

The next step in this oxtail recipe is to cover the meat with water, add the bay leaves and pepperoni, cover and cook for 30 minutes after the pan sizzles.

After 30 minutes, depressurize and open the pan. Add the potatoes and carrots, both peeled and cut into smaller pieces, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper, and cook for another 20 minutes.
